This is our Introductory Program. It consists of a series of four audio's entitled Living Well with Fundamental Principles of Lymphology, Charts, and a booklet entitled Introduction to The Science of Lymphology & The Art of Lymphasizing (contains various illustrations and methods for working on the vital organs, as well as the endocrine system), other supplementary literature, plus a half-hour of One To One Coaching over the phone or Skype, and Charts.
